1. General
All deliveries and services provided on the basis of the Pika’s World Internet offer offer are governed by the present general conditions of sale. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted them without reservation. Pika’s World reserves the right to modify at any time the present general by publishing a new version on this site. Any order placed after publication by Pika’s World of the new version of its of its general conditions of sale implies acceptance of the latter.
2. Deliveries
- Freeshipping: Free for orders over CHF 100 with economy shipping.
- Shippingcosts:
- Regular: CHF 8.50 (service offered by Swiss Post, estimated delivery time 3 to 5 working days ).
- Priority Mail: CHF 10.50 ( estimated faster delivery).
- Urgent shipping: If you need urgent shipping, please leave a note on your order.
- On-sitecollection: Items can be collected directly from our Lausanne address by appointment. Please contact us on 078 934 48 75 to arrange collection.
- Peak periods: During busy periods , such as Christmas, we cannot guarantee delivery times at short notice. Delivery times are always estimates, as the service is provided by Swiss Post.
3. Returns
We are committed to providing you with complete satisfaction for all our products and services. You may return any item within 10 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the item price ( delivery charges are not refunded). Items must be returned in new condition in their original packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Personalized products and opened packaging cannot be returned.
- Refund process: After receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will inform you by e-mail whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or payment method within a specified period of time.

4. Damaged packaging
If the packaging arrives damaged, please contact us. We will analyze each case individually to find the best solution.
