What are your balloons made of?
While some people think they’re made of magic, our selection of latex balloons are actually made from 100% latex of the highest quality; Latex is a natural substance that decomposes and biodegrades over time; Aluminum balloons are made from mylar and are not environmentally friendly;
How will my balloons arrive?
Your balloons will be shipped flat;
How long will my helium balloons last?
Unfortunately, probably not for as long as you might think; Helium is a smaller molecule than air (which is why it’s lighter and floats!) – but it can escape through the pores of natural latex, which is why they deflate. We can extend the float time with an additive called Hi-Float for an extra charge; We always recommend filling your balloons as close to the time of your event as possible; If this is not possible, we recommend a garland or a column of air-filled balloons;
Please note that these are estimates only and that we do not guarantee helium float times; We strongly suggest that you inflate the balloons with helium as close to your event as possible;
How do I maintain my balloons?
Balloons are fickle; they don’t like heat or humidity, bright sunshine, wind or major temperature changes; They can also be affected by different altitudes! Try to place them in a temperature-controlled area away from direct sunlight for happier balloons and longer float times;
Can you tell me how many balloons to order?
We like to make balloons in odd numbers, but other than that, it depends on how big a statement you want to make! For balloon garlands, we recommend you order 30 balloons per linear metro of garland; If you have too many, you can always scatter them on the floor for even more fun! Please note that latex balloons cannot be returned;
WARNING: balloons are not toys; Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons; Adult supervision is required; Keep uninflated balloons out of the reach of children and dispose of broken balloons immediately;
